There are several services to have an enjoyable vacation in Porto Sant'Elpidio.

The holiday home Resilienza Tropical features all of the amenities and services needed to make its guests feel at home, including a bicycle rental service and a private beach that is completely free of charge. It offers accommodation in two separate apartments with attention to detail, as well as a patio and free WiFi. Small pets are welcome upon request.

We solely use green energy, both from our own solar panels and from certified 100 percent renewable sources; our residences are A4 and our domestic appliances are all A++, ensuring 50 percent in cost savings. All cleaning products are environmentally friendly and certified. Door-to-door recycling is a great method to save energy since throwing things away implies throwing away the energy that was required to make it, and manufacturing things with recycled materials requires less energy than producing them from raw materials.

The Residence is 1250 meters from the seafront in Porto Sant'Elpidio, making it ideal for young people's and families' vacations, thanks to the presence of restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias, supermarkets, take-away food, shops, markets, pharmacies, banks, tobacconists, green spaces, and children's parks.
